Pilgrims is a music offering from Paul Noonan and Brian Crosby - two musicians whose creative paths first intertwined in their school days.
THE CAKE SALE
In 2006, Brian formed The Cake Sale, a band featuring an eclectic collective of artists including Lisa Hannigan, Gary Lighbody, Paul Noonan, Nina Persson, Glen Hansard and Neil Hannon. Together they recorded and released a critically acclaimed and double platinum selling record to raise funds for the charity Oxfam.
BELL X1
Brian was a founding member of the Irish indie bank Bell X1 with whom he recorded four records and toured the world extensively between 1996 and 2008
STARBOARD HOME
Brian was a central collaborator on Starboard Home, a project that brought together many leading names in Irish music which culminated with two live shows at the National Concert Hall in Dublin.
WE ARE CARBON
Brian has collaborated with French pianist Fabien Leseure on a body of work to be performed by two pianos under the moniker We Are Carbon. We plan to record and tour this material in the not so distant future.
